How about a Kicker Solobaric L5 behind the seat?

Saw one up at Circut City in a small truck box; 10" variety. Looks like it would fit nicely behind the passenger seat.

Would that be a good sub to get? I've never owned Kicker stuff.

What do they want for it, like $500?

Better can be had for cheaper, like always. What kinda dimensions are we working with here? Any specific requirements other than size (i.e. price, power, etc...)?

$199, recommended Kicker amp was $299. The box was quite small, as it HAS to go behind my passenger seat...

As for requirements besides size... none really I guess.

I don't suppose you have any dimensions for the space back there, do you?

$199 isn't as bad as I figured it'd be (but I was thinking 12"), what L5 was it? I would assume either the 10" or 8" version.

10". Not sure of how much room I have back there.

Here is a pic of my last sub, which was stolen up in VT to show you what space I have to work with. It too was a 10". Don't mind the seats... they are leather now

Honestly though, that seems like plenty of space for some type of wedge box. You could almost do whatever you want with all that room. If you just want some loud bass, sure, go with the L5 or whatever. If you're looking for a little better sound, I'd roll with a different more accurate sub (id, arc, whatever). Pretty much up to how much cash and time you wanna spend on things.
