Amp problem??

I have the kx400.1 which i have had no problems with. I was pushing a kicker 06 8 l7 in the back of my tacoma when i decided to upgrade. I wanted to get something louder so i took out my 8' to look for something else. Silly me, i didnt take out the fuse or anything and i just left the amp on. Now, i finally got a new sub and i went to put it in today and noticed i'm not getting any power to my amp. No power lights or anything. I figure it's a blown fuse so i take out the fuse under the hood and replace it. Still no power?? If anyone has any ideas, any help would greatly be appreciated.

which fuses did you check? you should have one under the hood and then one or two blades on the amp itself.

Did you tape off your speaker wire after you removed your subwoofer box?

I bet they touched and you fried your amp.

Check the fuses on the amp.
