I am thinking about getting a JL Audio 12" W7 and a JL 500/1 Amp
has anyone used any of these products and if you have how did they sound.

it will sound badass and loud, but to make your sub real happy go with the 1000/1. That would be perfect.

I would go with a JL 1000/1 if you are getting a 12w7. The W7s need a lot of power to really pound. I have a JL 500/1 powering one JL 12W6v2 and it pounds nice clean bass.
