Mystery Nav System.... What is it?

I bought this Toyota nav system from Yahoo! Auction here in Japan. It's highly unusual, because it's a model designed for the North American market. I suspect it was pulled from an American-built Toyota or Lexus that was imported to Japan. Oddly enough, some people do that because it's considered exotic to have a left-hand-drive car here.
I'll probably re-sell it in the USA or Canada, because it's useless here.

Problem is, I don't know what model it is compatible with. It doesn't have the usual 10/6 pin connectors on the back. I think it needs a separate power amp.

Does anybody know which cars it's compatible with? Does anybody have any pinout information for the connectors?

The unit was manufactured in 2005 in Japan. It's a Denso unit. The Toyota part number is 86120-45010.

According to the label, it was manufactured in the city of Anjo, which is about 5 kilometers from my place. Weird.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like it's made for Eclipse, which if it is from Toyota/Lexus, it probably is

Ask them? That might be difficult. The security at the place is tighter than Fort Knox. Even if I did get through the gate, which of the 2000 or so people who work there would I ask? Then there is the language problem.
Also, it's just a manufacturing facility. They just make them there, along with hundreds of other products. I don't think the assembly line workers have any idea where the products end up.
But thanks for the suggestion.

Alright, I may be out of touch culturally, slightly, but business-wise, I'm sure they have a front desk or office environment that would be of service, and I'm not saying drop in unannounced, but call and ask them (you do have phones, right?), perhaps, if need be, set up to bring in the unit for further analysis. I know its a lot of leg work or whatever, but if it can't be solved on the net or with a phone call, and its that convienient of a location, then fire that shit up.

If you really wanted to, you could pop the cover off, and check out what the boards say (most places put their name on their product somewhere) and find out that way.

Either that, or don't bother, cause it must not be that big a deal if you can't figure it out otherwise.

Turns out it's from a 2006 Sienna or 4Runner. It works with the JBL Digital power amp. It seems to be quite a nice system. Now I'm really sad that I can't use it. It's got a 4 disc changer, bluetooth, and can play mp3 and WMA discs. I even found the wire harness diagram.
I found all this information on the Sienna club website.
I'll put it on ebay.
