4th Generation MP3 Player AND Cassette Player?

I have a 2001 Camry CE, and at the time a cassette player was not an option. I paid an extra $300 CND to get it installed (I have lots of tapes). Now I want to install an MP3 player from somewhere such as Best Buy, but I do not want to remove the cassette player because that would have been a waste of money. The cassette player is placed above the current CD player and display and seems to be on a different panel. Is it possible to install an MP3 player and still have the cassette player to work?

Thanks

Would you be willing to use a cassette tape adapter for your MP3 player? That would be the easiest way to implement MP3...

since your tape and cd player (it is not mp3 alraedy right ? lol) are seperate (not an all in one). Only ways to get a mp3 player is either using a cd adapter like touringcamry have mentioned, which would be the easiest and cheapest route or you can purchase an aftermarket cd player that can play mp3 and have it replace your current cd player.

Oh, you can use a FM modulator too. Similar to a tape adapter, but it requires power for a FM transmitter which you pick up the signal with your radio.

It looks like the cassette player is on a different panal than the display and the CD player, so do you think I can jus take out the CD player, replace it with an MP3 player, and still have the cassette player to work without needing an adapter and FM modulator
