Well as a suggestion I would say to take out the subs and keep them inside for now until you get an amp. There is always the fear of them getting stolen before you even get to listen to them.

As for the amp, I will help later, Dont have tiem right now

How much do you want to spend?
Do you know any more specs on the subs, ie dual or single voice coil and the resistance of the voice coils?

4th Generation

less than 400 total is very possible. if you have a drill, take the speaker out of the box and that should answer the question about the resistance of the voice coil(s). the sub has either dual 2 or 4 ohm voice coils. this information is very important in picking an amp. you are looking for something that will put out between 600-800 watts rms. if you are looking for an amp that will give you the ability to upgrade later, i suggest going with something that will do 400-600 rms at 2 ohms or 4 ohms and 800-1000 watts rms at 2 ohms or 1 ohm.

100 watt sony amp.. for some reason i think you ment to put 1000 watt, and even then.. not even close to what it does. The only reason its under 400 is because of the $10 amp though. Type R's don't sound bad though, so it probably sound decent anyways.
