Elemental Designs vs Image Dynamics Components

i'm almost close to completing my system... but i kinda ran into some problem with something else and now i'm short on cash...

so I was wondering if anybody has any opinions regarding the Elemental Designs edi6500s and the image dynamics cxs62...

i can get the edi6500's for $185+shipping.. while the cxs62 is like $300+shipping...

i've heard a LOT about the cxs62 being awesome components...

but i don't wanna regret if i end up with crappy speakers (rather do something once and do it right instead of doing it several times)

so just wanted some opinions

For components you can also check out MB Quarts or CDT audio. I've heard those are really good interiors as well. I'm looking into CDT for my interiors and Image Dynamics for subs and ED for amps.

I have CDT EF-61s with the 1" silk dome tweeter, powered by an Aura 150x2 amp. It sounds great, great highs, and pretty good bass. It gets real loud cause of the 1" tweeters.
