Radio Quwstions

Does anyone know if the stock 98 4runner ltd has the outputs to hook up an amp to it??

If it's the stock stereo, it won't, but you can buy a line output converter if you don't wanna change out the stock head unit.

Here's an example:

It runs inline with the speaker wire to give you an amp pre-out, doesn't sound as good as through an aftermarket head unit, but serves it's purpose well.

you'll have to wire it into your oem harness's rear speaker outputs. line outs work well but as stated above, their sound quality and overall performance isnt up to par with an aftermarket deck's.
