CD Player having trouble reading CDS

Anyone have any tips on cleaning a CD player? My stock CD Player in my 2000 Solara suddenly does not want to read any CDs I put in. I mind as well try everything before deciding to get a new deck.

Thanks

I've got the DEH-P860MP. Sweet unit - it has played about I've put in it.
