I'm picking up my 07 LE Camry tomorrow. It has the Stock Non-JBL system. As of now, I will keep the stock radio and just looking to upgrade my 6x9's in the rear and looking to throw some 10's, possibly 12's in the back with a decent amp. I am on a budget and I am looking to spend at the most:
around $200 Amp
around $120 Subwoofers
around $100 6x9's
I do not know alot about Ohms and Bridges and Mono amps and all that other stuff. I am not looking to beat down the block or anything so massive wattage is not that important to me. I just like to listen to good music with nice clean bass. I do know I want an amp where i can control the gain or bass and treble output....Any Suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure why no one else has attempted to help you, but I will give it a shot. First off, absolutely no reason to upgrade 6x9's in the REAR if you are adding sub(s). If you just want to add more bass then the subs will more than suffice, and you can use the 6x9 money elsewhere. If you want better sound, then upgrade the front door speakers.
To be perfectly honest, with the budget you are using the sound improvement will be little to none, unless you buy used. Sure it will be louder in the bass department, but that doesnt mean it wil sound better.
My advice would be to find a good used 4ch amp with the ability to connect directly to the existing speaker wires. This will save the headache and $$ of buying a line output converter. I know the older Kicker Impulse amps had this ability as i had one and liked it very much. Could be hard to find. Still have mine but dont really want to let it go. There are others that had this ability. Just dont skimp on quality for saving $$.
Then get a good set of components or coaxials for the front. run these of the front channels of your amp. Then get a decent 12" or two 10" subs and run on the rear channels. Ebay is your friend in all of this. Just know that even with the upgraded equipment, the stock radio is your limiting factor in sound quality. And there are other items such as wiring kits that will add to your cost.
Your budget should look more like:
4 channel Amp: $100-140 (used)
Front speakers: $65 (coax)-$110 (comp) used
12" sub:50-$100 (older kicker Comp, maybe Infinity Kappa, also suggest Elemental designs)
Sub box:$60-100.......$20 if DIY
Amp wiring kit:$30+
Hope this helps. If you have any equip suggestions. I'd be more than happy to help.
Take them out and be done with. Save that 100 bucks for something else.
What exactly are you looking for in your system? Sound Quality? SPL? (Lotta bass)
Once you decide on how you want to go its a lot easier to shop for what you need.
For a great front soundstage i'd recommend CDT, MB Quarts, Elemental Designs or Infinity
As far as subs go I'd check out Elemental Designs. The prices are great and so are the subs. If you want to spend a bit more and make your ears hate you check out image dynamics, JL audio, Adire or RE.
I'm sure there are lots more choices but those are my personal choices and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.
On one last note. ED has the EU-700 which you can also use for bass, I would suggest looking into that if you want some nice clean bass. The sound from these little guys will stun you.
Amplifiers. Once again I'd recommend Elemental Designs.
Thank you very much guys for your help...I really didnt think it would take that long for someone to give me some advice, but better late then never..
I guess it does make more sense to upgrade the front speakers for better highs. I will probably have to upgrade the factory system cause it sucks, but I really love the look of it, so thats why I am hesistant to do so.
I am really looking for sound quality with nice clean bass and from what you guys are saying I assume I need to upgrade the radio. I'll definitely be checking out Ebay! To be honest price is not that much of a concern, but I refuse to pay alot of money for a system. I am not looking to impress anyone and get into any contest....just like to enjoy my tunes.
***JL Audio is expensive as hell...This must be the top of the line stuff.
I need more suggestions for AmPS

Personally If all your concerned about is some crisp clean music, I would just say screw the subs all together. They add alot of sound to the picture but really if your speakers are good enough you should be fine with just them and a decent 2 channel amp to power them (by this I mean component speakers)
Subs add alot of fill sound and boom, but it seems to me that you are just in it for the sound and not so much the boom.
I say you should try my idea and see how it goes, then if you decide its lacking you can always wait and save up for a sub or two. Remember, you dont have to go all in all at once, piece together a system off of good deals you can find off of car audio sites. << this can help you to get some amazing stuff at very resonable prices.
If you're after sound quality, nothing beats component speakers. But they will drive you into the poor house.
If you want good sound, for the least amount of cash, you can opt to replace your speakers. But be aware that putting a 2 way speaker in the doors won't help your highs that much. It's best to get a separate tweeter and mount it higher. Now if you don't want to buy components, you can buy tweeters separately.
You can mount something like these for $50 near your side mirrors
You can get a bridgeable amp like this for around $80. Many "elitist" will probably bash it and compare a $700 amp to it, but you be the judge.
I'd then strap this sub in your trunk. It's only $130. I know people will probably think that a single 8 wouldn't sound good. But Bazooka makes pretty good bass tubes. These things have been around since the 80's and there's a reason why. They have great sound quality, not quantity.
You can do the setup above for about $260. It should greatly improve you factory radio.
I replaced the speakers in my 01 Corolla several years ago. While it greatly improved the highs, they were 2-way speakers, however I lost mid bass. To be honest, the factory speakers actually had good midrange and mid bass. I was actually sorry that I replaced them. Now on my 04 Corolla, I kept the factory speakers and just added tweeters and a 10in sub and it had awesome sound. I only spent around $230 for everything.
I know people like to talk like elitist and talk about buying a 50,000watt amp and a dozen 18in woofers. But it's all up to you. If you're not concerned about being heard 3 blocks away and just want good sound, then the stuff I mentioned above should help you get that.
If you want a bazooka sub i've got a used one left over, i never over powered and ran this system for almost 4 years. The sub itself is in great condition, my brother took the other one which is why I have only one left and he's using it in his car.
Its a 500 watt rms tube almost looks like the one above. Its DVC @ 4 ohms each The only damage it has is cosmetic damage (paint chipped off) but it sounds GREAT. Only reason i took them out was because i got a great deal on 2- 18 inch subs + amp so i bought those... If your interested or want pics/more details shoot me a pm. as for price 135 shipped. I remember these things were like 260 when i first got them.
Skip the bazooka and california amp. You will be suprised as to how much of a differance that the quality of the amp will produce. I can honestly say that California was the worst sounding and highly overrated amp I ever owned. Look on ebay for a eclipse PA5422 four channel amp. It is 85 watts RMS by four at four ohms and can be bridged to 240 watts RMS by 2 at four ohms. It can be purchased from ebay for right around 100 dollars due to the release of there new line ups. Out of all my amps (Nakamichi, eclipse, alpine, california, jensen, sony, and ADS) this is one of my favorites. Save the rest of the money for a very nice set of comps. The key is in the crossovers and the tweeter design. My first suggestion would be dynaudio. They have some of the nicest tweets under a grand. The wider the range of the tweeter, the less you will be able to notice speaker positioning. The dyn's are one of the most user friendly speakers you will find and have a killer sound. Unfortunately, a 2 way set will run around 500. Otherwise, I would suggest CDT comps. Try to avoid the entry level line. There is better out there. I would recommend this http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=4630. The Euro is a pretty good system and has a quality crossover. My first suggestion would be to try the tweets in the factory location. The window is one of the better locations to stage the highs. Here is a key point to remember. Highs should be reflected for best sound. Directing them straight at the listener (such as in the a piller) gives a harsh and unrealistic sound. This is why the better home stereos reflect the tweeter off a internal baffle. It also ads distance to spread out the sound wave. The farther it can travel, the wider it will become. The wider the wave, the easier it is to hear in various locations. The A pillar became common due to the low wattage and cheap tweets being used. They lacked the potency to be reflected over a larger distance. The cool thing about comps, is that you can simply plug in the tweeter and place it in various locations to suit your taste. One of the best sounding stages had the tweeter in the door directed toward the front window. It required more wattage but became very realistic sounding with lots of depth. I would also suggest going with some sound deadening material. At the least, place a one foot square sheet behind the component woofer in the door. This eliminates some of the resonance produced by the internal sound pressure. As for the HU, I would keep it for now. My company produces that particular unit. It is one of our worst in quality, but suprisingly the sound quality is pretty good. It produces very little noise. Even compared to many low end aftermarket units. When you do get the money for a HU, look into a nice upper level unit. Eclipse and Alpine are my favorites, but the options just keep getting better. Maybe by then navigation units will have come down to a reasonable range. Good luck and enjoy your music. By the way, I have the 07 camry LE as well. It may need some first model year tweeks, but I love it.

I say save up more money and get something better. with thats kind of money you want to spend its not going to sound any better that your stock system. you can be sure of that ...
For the money you're talking about, scrap the subs and replace front and back speakers and add an amp. I recently upgraded front and rear speakers and added an amp for not much more than you want to spend. Here's what I got:
6.5" Ultra Linear for front mids $40.00 - Not the best but they'll do the job for now
6x9 Audiobahn ASQ96 or something like that. About $55.00 from Ebay store w/shipping. These are a discontinued model but they seem to handle enough bass.
Alpine MRV- F340 Amp - 35Wx4 RMS at 12.5V for $137.00 in an Ebay auction. It was slightly used but a total deal in terms of quality and savings off retail.
If you throw in an extra $120 you could upgrade the stock stero with an Alpine 9856 or Clarion DXZ555MP or newer model.
Good Luck
