3rd Generation WTB : JVC DV4200 DVD/CD PLAYER.anybody ever use this head unit for audio/video?

hi guys i have an audio/video question.i recently purchased a 7 inch power acoustik lcd headrest monitor.im going to mount it in my dash .my question is i want to get an all in one dvd/cd player to add the monitor to and just have one head unit.im curious about this jvc dv4200.i know the dv6200 is better but its almost $100 more.does anyone have an experience with this model jvc head unit??i also seen an audiovox for around $130.00,anyone know anyone thats used that one?? here are the auctions :

I would stay away from audiovox cause thats radio shack brand, I too have a JVC HU but it only the MP3 deck, it's a high end model of the JVC brand but it performs very well and it puts out a very clean signal
