What size speakers are in a 98 Corolla CE?

Hey guys, sorry for the novice question, but do any of you guys know what size the speakers are in a 1998 Corolla CE? My friend is looking to upgrade his audio, so i'm helping him out.

Thanks! By any chance do you know what I need to install a headunit? Like a DIN kit or something I've been hearing about? I'm a total audio novice.

that should be an iso mount where the aftermarket radio just bolts to teh factory brackets. you'll also need a toyota wiring harness for the aftermarket stereo. it'll wire into the aftermarket stereo's wiring harness. you'll need the toyota two piece harness.

Do you have a link to the wiring harness I need? Or can you tell me the brand in which it's sold under?

Any auto parts store or large electronics store should carry them. It'll just say something like "Toyota, all models, 1987 and up."

What's the difference between the 70-1761 and 71-1761. It says the 71-1761 plugs INTO OEM RADIO. What does that mean? Why would you need a plug that goes into the OEM radio? If it was OEM wouldn't it fit without the thingy. Sorry i'm seriously a noob at this stuff.

the 71-1761 is a reverse harness. you'd use that if your factory radio plugs were cut off.
