cant get battery ground wire bolt off

Hi I am trying to install an amp but I cant get this ground wire bolt loose. Is there a secret way of getting a regular bolt off or can I cut it off?

why do you want the battery ground off? are you grounding your amps to the battery's neg post? if so, you can just use the chassis

I need to hook the power wire to the amp. I need to disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent everything from short circuiting.
