ok lol the windows draw amps. they use about 16 guage wire i think and the more amps being drawn through them lower the voltage bc that wire cant provide enough current to do both at full speed. all cars do that, one goes fast, 2 goes slower, 3 and 4 are slower. about your light dimming, was that with the car on or off. its ok if the car was off.

the lights dim when I let up the windows or the when the amp is on, oh yeah! for some funny reason the turning signal light sensor keeps showing up on the dash board, but I've checked and replaced all bulbs and it still keeps popping up whats up with that?? Like I could drive for 20 mins with no prob and all of the sudden it just flashes up there like crazy...

lol ouch...one bigger alternator but first i would suggest a new battery Optima i would reccomend....im running a JL W1 off of a e1200 Jl amp and i have no light dimming issues like i did with my audiobahns even with a stock battery.
