I think that with this application, a good SQ deck is the last of his worries.
Six subs on three amps should work well provided you wire them up right and dont over/under power them. However, I think pushing all that wattage will drain your electrical system. Unless you're dead set on using it all, you might think about dropping 4 subs and 1 amp (only keeping 2 subs and 2 amps) in order to maintain your current electrical system.
1 DVC driver with Voice Coils in Series
Connecting the two voice coils of the driver in series (+ to -) will result in the following impedances:
Dual-6 Ohm Subwoofer: 12 Ohms
Dual-4 Ohm Subwoofer: 8 Ohms
Dual-2 Ohm Subwoofer: 4 Ohms
Dual-1.5 Ohm Subwoofer: 3 Ohms
Based on that wiring diagram, if you can wire one sub into a series wiring scheme, you can wire the subs to 4 ohms and give each one 500 watts (allowing for some overhead to play with). That way, you only have to look into making dual sub enclosures (or a single large enclosure) and essentially have less to worry about if something goes wrong (and you'll have backups incase something does go wrong).
That would be my suggestion.
