Adding a Port to a 1 cu fiberglass box

Im using a Diamond D6.
http://www.diamondaudio.com/products...h%20Sheet2.pdf
Specs ^

Im doing a fiberglass trunk enclosure like I talked about doing months ago. Its finally happening. The box should be between 1-1.3cu. I want to add a port that will be tuned for 35hz.

I used http://psp-inc.com/ 's port calculator. For a 1.2 cu box

4"x20"
3"x10"
2"x5"

Now, what will sound the best?
the 4x20 WILL BE TOO LARGE.
3x10 is doable but a 90* bend may have to be used... 2x5 seems way too small

How about dual ports? for 2" i get 2x11ish. Is that both ports combined or seperate?

What do you guys think. Im sacraficing my large 2cu ported tuned 35hz box for something smaller. I dont want to feel like im downgrading. Will this simply be just a too small of a box for ported?

thanks
Matt

2" diameter port is to small and may cause port whistle.

In your case, I would use a 3" port. You can also use flexible tubing instead of PVC/ABS pipe, as long as the inside diameter and length is the same.
