Has anyone done a drop-in replacement of the front door 6x9s in the Gen5 Camry? I can see that making new MDF brackets would help solidify the mount, but how much mounting depth are we talking about? That would limit the choices greatly if the mounting depth is limited. What quality 6x9s would work with nominal (17w RMS) power AND fit in the Camry front doors? Any suggestions (other than going to components, please) would be helpful.
