What amp kit for Rockford 500X amp

I just bought Rockford 500X 4-Channel amp. I have two 6 1/2" Pioneer speakers in front that has peak power of 200W each and rear two 6X9 that runs 300W peak power. Planning to get amp kit which of these three or any other suggestions could run my amp perfect for my speakers.

The first one should be more than sufficient, not sure about the 3rd. Definately don't need the 2nd.

in other words, what guage power wire should you use because that's about the only difference in those kits. IMO the 4 awg is fine. I had that for my 500s and am using it on my power 550s.
