Gen 5 Camry Firewall

Does anyone know how to run a power wire through the firewall? Will I need to drill? Thanks.

On the other side of the steering column, is a large rubber grommet that wires currently pass through. It is a double grommet, meaning there is a large rubber seal both on the firewall side and on the interior. If you crawl under the dash, with a flashlight you can see the grommet on the inside. I took a coat hanger, and straightened it out. I poked that through the grommet on the inside, feeding it carefully to the engine compartment. Once through, I made a loop in the engine compartment side of the hangar, and attached with electric tape the wire I wanted passed through it (0 guage power wire). I then went back to the interior, and slowly pulled the hangar (and wire with it) back through both grommets. Hope that helps
