Ignition Wire- Relay/Isolater

The stinger relay/isolater I bought has 4 posts. The large one goes to the cars main battery and the other large one goes to the second battery. Now there are also two smaller ones. The first one is supposed to be grounded and the other small one is supposed to be connected to my ignition wire...

Now when they say ignition they said that it should be connected to the "true" ignition wire. Which would this be and where can I find it? Would I need to use the same guage wiring? becuase the terminal is small...

Car is a 1994 V6 LE Toyota Camry.

Thanks!

Ignition: Black/yellow wire @ ignition harness.

The ignition harness is at the bottom of the steering column. Look for about 6 big wires (10-12 awg).

Ignition wire is used to trigger the relay/isolator. A 16 awg wire should be fine.

The wire needs to run to a source of power that is on when engine is cranking and running but off when ignition is off. The link below has access to Camry wiring diagrams. Might run a wire to the ignition coil positive DC power wire.

You dont have to make it 100% true ignition. It's up to you and your needs for the system. I've added a seperate switch be trigger the relay before and also have triggered it off of a relay fed by thr radio's remote wire. It totally depends on when you want both batterys to be connected.

cheers to all. I figured the best way and easiest to do it was buy a little add a circuit thing and attach it to the ign fuse. Tested everything as I should have and it works like a charm! If anyone wants more info ill be happy to take some pics etc

In the end I didn't bother using the relay. Turns out I wont need it at all.

I am selling it if anyone is interested. I'll post the details in the classifieds. Its brand new never used. I just dont have the original packaging.
