can anyone name me some music/songs that would be useful for testing a sound system?
i'm mostly wondering what could have lots of bass, but some highs too..

i have limewire and i just typed in bass test and it gave me some tracks that had highs in them as well.

grab some copies of caraudio magazine, or hit their website. They'll often include songs used to test systems, and I think they do a regular music review section which includes a test tracks playlist as well. I've limewired some pretty cool tunes thanks to them.

Just use music you regularly listen to. But yea car audio mags usually have some cool stuff to check out.

but u gotta remeber your system wil never be perfect so be ready to keep adjusting the gain and low pass a bit

depends, you using 12's 15's 10's? different size thump to diff songs... i recommend bia bia by lil john and the eastside boys, that song thumps insanely loud.
