need some advice. please.

I bought some speakers for my car, nothing special just better than factory. I installed them and they all sound good accept the right rear one.

its doing somewhat the same thing as the old speaker.(this guy I work with says it doesn't sound like theres anything wrong with the speaker itself) and its doing the same thing with two different factory decks. so now i think it has something to do with the wiring.

right now i have the wires exposed from the speaker to the drivers side kick panel where there is a harness (and a lot of fuses) should I replace the wire and go from there or does anyone have a better suggestion?

thanx.

If you're sure you have the right polarity, then I would suggest you just pull two wires from the speaker and run them through the car to the deck.

To make sure the wires are the problem get two wires and run them straight from the deck to the speaker! And see if the speaker works fine, if it does than you should run the wires from the rear to the front...

well I figured out its my deck, I ran the new wires straight from the deck to the speaker and its the same problem. I hooked up the speaker to the other sides wires and it works fine, guess I need a new deck. anyone selling a cheap cd player deck.
thanx.
