Any Speakers comparable to BA Z6's??

I was at the high end Audio store and they had a set of Boston Acoustics Z6's playing on the soundboard. They were unreal and smoked every other speaker they had!! The only downfall is they cost a whopping $1000.

Now, I would love sound like this in my new (actually it's still on order) Tacoma. Is there anything else that compares that I could buy online for a cheaper price?? I've done some research and solid candidates seem to be the MB Quart qsd216 or the Audio Polk's SR series.

And what amp is ideal for components?

SR's should be nice. Ive seen them for a fairly decent price around the internet.

The QSD's I've heard have really sharp highs, but are a really good set if you like the screeching highs.

As for amps. It kinda depends how your running your system, as in passive or active. But I'm assuming your going to need something above the 100+ RMS range. So your still gonna need a pretty powerful 4 channel. Or a decent powered 2 channel.

EDIT: Just realized too that obviously a "high end" audio store is going to have insanely jacked up prices.

You can get your fancy $1000 showroom speakers for $580 free shipping brand new.
