g3 / 94 camry upgrade speakers and head

Hi,

My sister recently bought a new car and gave me her 1994 camry le sedan. I love this car!

However, the stereo is in bad shape with a few blown out speakers. My questions are:

- Can I replace the rears with 6 x 9s? The odd thing is that crutchfield says that 6x9 won't fit, whereas circuitcity.com says they are fine. On that note, do 6x9 speakers give you a better sound than 6.5s?

- Any advise on installation? If i do it myself i'll go with crutchfield so i get all the brackets and harnesses and instructions from them. i have never installed a stereo but am somewhat technically minded... is it difficult?
