wire must be loose. Is it in one channel, or all channels?

Check to see if any of your speaker wires are touching each other, i.e. +ve and -ve.... it might even be a single strand....

ok, couple of steps you need to try... first, disconnect the rca's going into your amp. Does it still crackle? If yes, your amp or speaker wiring is bad. Being as it is all channels, I would say it is the amp. If no, then reconnect the rca cables at the amp, and disconnect them at the HU. Does it crackle now? If yes, your rca's are bad. If no, then something is wrong with your HU.

Being as it is all channels, I am leaning towards the HU being bad, but try the above tests and let us know.

im not using my rcas.... the signal from the HU out of the rca's is really weak... im using the speaker inputs, not good for interference noise right??? cause i get a buzzing sound that goes louder with the rpm.

you think its the HU?? i hope so cause this amp and speakers are like brand new (since jan) and the HU is like 6 years old.

thanks i will try your test tm and will let you know
