6-Disc CD Changer jams easily with ripped CDs?

Our 2007 RAV-4 has the optional AM/FM Radio With 6-Disc CD Changer + MP3/WMA Player. The Toyota salesman mentioned that he's seen some come back where a CD is jammed inside, and it's always ripped CDs rather than commercial ones. He recommended never playing anything but commercial CDs. Has anyone else heard of this? Do commercial CDs weigh more?

this is the problem
the indash cd changer is very small and there are metal or plastic trays in the midle of every disc inside the radio, it gets very hot and some times this metal trays go in the midle of the cd and the paper label sticker result cd stuck if tis don't happen the heat causes the label to open and you get the same problem

if you copy your cd's use a marker or pen to write the name
