Car not working alarm or the car

So im going to try and keep this one short, im just looking for some quick advice.

Extreme cold in denver, not driving, trickle draw left on unfornutnatly(i r stupid and in the middle of a dual battery setup). Car battery drains. When tried to jump alarm goes off and off and off untill it stops all toghether, needs to be recoded with the remote apparenlty. Car wont start still, valet override and manual shutdown do nothing. Unplug the entire alarm, I think, got about 8 harrness into the viper 771xv and still nothing.

So im at a loss where to get it towed too, Either a mechanics shop, to have them look at the acutal car, or to best buy to haver them deal with the alarm.
