factory alarms anygood???

I have a 2001 camry with the factory alarm are they any good? If not any suggestions on upgrading?

factory alarms are not the best, they're definetly better than nothing. But factor alarms only trigger if the doors are open. So you can steal everything you want through the window and just walk away without the horn going off..

I would recommend any alarm made by DEI way DEI Home Page
You can get a two way alarm like the Responder:





It has a display on the alarm that would show you the status of your car, so the car constantly informs the remote of its status.
