Recommendation for amp for 97 corolla

I am planning to upgrade my 97 corolla. My Pioneer hu is good but has no usb input. That is a must. I am too busy to burn cds. It's easier to just use a flash drive. I plan to get hu, sub (or subs), and a component system for the front.

HU:
So I decided on either the
Kenwood KDC-MP535U
or
Kenwood KDC-X591

Front Speaker Components:
I'm thinking about getting
MB Quart 4" RVF 210
http://www.mbquart.com/en/produkte/c...php?nr=rvf_210
Power handling: 40 - 90 W

Existing rear speakers:
Kenwood (size?)
No upgrade desired.

Sub:
This looks possible
Bazooka BT1024DVC
http://bazooka.com/productAutoPassiveBTsBT.asp

Amp:
I guess that part is to be determined. I was wondering if it would be best to run the rear speakers off of the hu and then get a 3 channel amp to power the components and sub. Or should I power the components with the hu? Or, should I get a powered sub and another 2 channel amp for the components?

Thanks for the help

bump

o.k. I did a little research and found these:

JBL
http://cgi.ebay.com/JBL-PX300-4-CHAN...QQcmdZViewItem
  • 4 Ohms: 123.5 watts x 4 chan.
  • 2 Ohms: 169 watts x 4 chan.
  • 4 Ohms Bridged: 358 watts x 2 chan.
  • (maybe a little too much?)
and

Pioneer Premier
http://cgi.ebay.com/PIONEER-PREMIER-...QQcmdZViewItem

Continuous Power (4 ohm) 75 Watts x 4
Continuous Power (2 ohm) 150 Watts x 4
Continuous Power Bridged (4 ohm) 300 Watts x 2

The Pioneer has the numbers that I think I want: 300 watts rms for this sub
http://bazooka.com/productAutoPassiveBTsBT.asp?id=261
and 75 watts for each of these front components
http://www.mbquart.com/en/produkte/c...php?nr=rvf_210

Do any of these sound good to you?

im going to say you will probably be better off going with a monoblock amp for the subs, and a multi-channel for the speakers.

im running a JBL GTO601.1 for my subs right now. it great, internally bridged, so no complicated wiring, and of course lots of power to play with

im just running my interior speakers off the built in poweramp in my HU, (it has a 200W rating (probably not RMS though) but that works good for now.) so i can't really suggest a multi-channel amp, but definatly look into JBL. amazing quality

There are tons of amps out there to fit your application and for an "all in one" situation, either of those you mentioned will work well for you IMO. Being that it is a "full range class D", a couple of advantages the Pioneer PRS may have are that it will be more efficient (easier on your electrical system) and it is very small in size compared to many other amps of the same power rating. I plan to try a couple of those soon myself as there seems to be a trend with these types of amps lately and I'd like to compare them with the more common full range class A/B.
BTW, one of my personal favorites for an "all in one" amp is the Alpine MRV-f345 and it is about the same price as the JBL or Pioneer.
