How to stop rattling

I have a 98 Avalon XLS with a stock subwoofer already the little 8" one in the back and I had 2 12" subs installed in my trunk, the only problem is the stock subwoofer "housing(with the brake light)" is rattling against the rear window and such. What can I put under the housing and against the window to stop the rattling?

I had that problem in my Paseo. I used Dynamat on the rear deck metal. I removed the cover, filled in the lower lying areas with pieces of it until they were more flush with the surface, then put a layer or two over that using large pieces.
