OEM Alarm question

hey guys, just got a 07 corolla ce. It didn't come with an alarm when we thought it did. anyways, our sales person said she was going to talk with the manager if she can give a us a discount for it. if it is still too high, i was wondering, where can i get the OEM alarm cheap? and is it hard to install? does it have to be activated by toyota?? thanks in advance.

if your going to have an alarm put in, you might as well go aftermarket. Find a shop that installs the DEI viper system. It's one of the best on the market and a basic one (without two way or remote start) should run you round 150 installed.
