6x9's or 6.5 component for a 2007 tacoma?

Hello,

I was wondering what would be a better replacement for the factory speakers in a 2007 toyota tacoma, to use 6x9's in the front and 6.5's in the back, or 6.5 component in the front (tweeter and speaker)? If the component, where would the crossover units fit? I was looking at the Polk db6501's for the components.

6.5" components in front doors, specifically, the Pioneer Premier TS-C720PRS

No rear speakers.

Don't mount your crossovers in the doors.

The PRS comps are for sale at millionbuy.com for 250 shipped.

I would say the PRS comps are at least 3 times better than the Polk comps.
