Hello,
Who knows, where is located camry's original amplifier?
P.S. maybe someone knows radio's pin-out?

I looked under the passenget seat in my '97 LE & there isn't an amp. There are however, 2 pipes that are cut off & may have previously had wires running through them. I know the previous owner had installed an after-market stereo & amp, so he may have removed the factory amp. Before I bought the car, the factory stereo had been reinstalled. Is it posssible that the factory stereo would still be working if there is no amp?

Welcome to TN.

I think the factory amp is located behind the glovebox on 97-99 Camrys.

Here's a diagram of Toyota's color codes for the radio;

There's an amp under the passenger seat in the Gen3??? Where is it? I tried looking, but there's nothing there but the heater duct and some old gum wrappers! Did it only come on certain model Gen3?

So wait let me get this straight. There isn't an amplifier in my '94 LE? Yeah I found a guide that showed me pictures of an amplifier under the passenger's seat (http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereor...yCamryAmpR.htm) but I could not find it for the life of me. In that case, are my speakers just hooked up directly to my HU???

Would running the speakers through an aftermarket amp improve the sound quality at all?
