Hi all, I did a quick search and couldn't find an answer. maybe someone here could help.

DOes anyone know where the speed sensing wire is located/what color it is in an 07 Camry (6 gen)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I already installed an Eclipse AVN-5500 (Aftermarket Navigation on Camry LE 07) but am getting sick of seeing the "Check Speed Sensor" message everytime I go to the MAP...

Purple (violet) wire on the F8 connector is the speed sensing wire on gen 6 camry

By F8 connector, you mean the one right behind the receiver?

yaa.

go download the factory service manuals for the camry..
at www.camrymanuals.com and get the audio visual one..
and you'll see which connector i'm talking about..

Just an update, I wired the speed sensing wire tonight, and it works perfectly!!! Thanks again for your help.
