IPOD Adapter Installation
I am installing a Peripheral PXDP2 IPOD adapter in 2007 Solara convertible. I can gain limited access to the rear of the JBL OEM radio unit quite easily by pulling the center console cover and lower storage trim. I would prefer to do this hookup without pulling the radio out but I don't have a good view of the plugs and receptacles on the rear of the unit. Has any one gone this route? Any help with a diagram or picture? Do I use an existing empty receptical or do I need to pull out a plug that is already there?
