USA Suggestions on mounting a bazooka tube and other questions

So I have a 12in kicker that I threw in my old bazooka tube I made, and it's way far from the factory subwoofer specifications. However the speaker hits hard as hell. Anyways, I tried putting the 12in in a sealed box close to the factory specifications, and it sounded like crap. So after trying the two I decided to keep the tube. However, I can't seem to be creative enough to find a way to mount it right, so it doesn't roll around.

My car is a 1994 Corolla LE. The battery is also in the trunk but it's in a box inside the spare tire area. Thanks for the help.

In a 1981 Mazda GLC sedan I had in high school, to mount two unpowered 4" Bazooka tubes...

-cut a piece of scrap plywood to fit in recessed bottom of trunk
-cut two pieces of 2x4's for underneath, so the board would sit above floor irregularities, and to keep it out of water if trunk leaked
-covered with some Walmart automotive carpete
-installed four eyebolts
-used some basic black bungee cords

In my g/f's 03 Civic EX coupe she had, to mount a 6½" RS6A-HP Bazooka tube...

-covered a scrap rectangular piece of MDF with some Walmart automotive carpet
-used the Bazooka mounting brackets

I have an 8" BTA8100 Bazooka tube I am going to put in my brothers Audi. Not quite sure on placement yet. Ideas...

-cover a scrap rectangular piece of MDF with some Walmart automotive carpet
-install four eyebolts
-use some basic black bungee cords or some 1" tie down straps from Harbor Freight

Something simple would be to just screw some flat peices of wood to the bottem to keep it from rolling
