I have looked at the stinger ones but i did not really care for them all that much. I have also looked at some streetwire rca's as well, however i did not see anything on ebay that was better than what i was looking at. I liked the stinger expert seris rcas but i would rather try something that i do not see very often at car shows and such. Any diffrent namebrands or rca suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
personally I am not willing to spend that much money on rca's I got some with my wiring that definitely isnt top quality like those but I have had no trouble with it. There has been no "extra" sound getting in and it isnt affecting the quality so I say w/e you feel like getting
What he said...good product and price....save money and put it on some better components instead. Unless you are some audio head...don't waste your money on over rated RCA's. YOU WILL NOT HEAR ANY DIFFERANCE. In fact you can easily get by with a good zip cord...that is if you don't mind some soldiering.

Well I thank you for the feedback, however I am an audio head I am running a 4400 watt amp for just my subs as well as an 800 watt amp for my highs. My subs are very good imo and the components as well. I was looking for something that would have zero interference seeing how I was having some alt noise last time in my other car. I plan on winning some trophy's with my car seeing how I never tried in my other car. I have done a great deal of research for my set up even on the h/u so I know that it is down to the wire. But I want to upgrade the rca's for clarity and for interference. Thanks for the advice
Toyo-b...you are right, that is another story...you do need something a little different...good luck with contests. But I would still be looking at the knukonceptz.com they have several levels/quality of cables.

Expensive wires dont fix poor installation. Ive always used KnuKonceptz, even in the shittiest oldest cars with the worst (VW) electrical systems, ive never had any noise. Proper grounds, good amps, and good source and youll not need to pay out the ass for monster. Copper is copper. Hell, ive made RCA's out of Cat5 network cable and rca ends from radio shack when in a pinch and still not had any problems.
Youve got to post what type of altenator and electrical system upgrades you are going to run to support a 4400watt amp, and an 800watt amp. Youll need an electrical system that can supply 375amps just to support that much power at 13.8v. that doesnt even include whats needed to run the car...
post up what youve got planned to intall, amps, subs, speakers, batteries, altenators.

no offense but i call BS. 4400 watt amp and 800 watts for your highs.. what about your midbass drivers. and how about like what someone else said about electrical upgrades. i have a feeling your "4400 watts" is peak power.. if you can prove me wrong and show me you are actually throwing 4400 watts RMS at your subs, then shame on me, but until then, i call bs
You can call what you like i really do not care. I am not going to tell my secrects... if if you think its bullshit well thats you. I want to win where ever i go so none of my secrets are going to be splayed upon a website. You want to know what i run then come over to a soundoff.
More expensive rca's... the monster cables are good and i have not seen a car with them thats i have not had a chance to look at the other cables you guys have suggested but i will as soon as i can.
I have a suffcent amount of power to supply constant power to my amps with a big mofriggin alt and a few batts. Thats about as much info that i am willing to share. So MrSo0h0o until you come to a sound off with yours truly there call I really do not mind. Like i said before im looking to win trophy's... not find someone at the same sound off with my setup. Thanks guys for all the help ill look on that website for some good rca's
definatly call bullshit now. afraid youll loose if you tell us what type of speakers youll be running? Lets see...we dont know who you are, what you drive or where you live....and as soon as you show up, everyone is going to know what you have.
also if your going to do SPL comps, why the hell do you need anything other than subwoofers?
your obviously not going to be driving the car, as it would weigh a ton with that much equipment, and you cant get an altenator strong enough to supply enough current for that system anyways. it has to be all battery, and for that youd need quiet a few.

lol because telling us your equipment will spoil it all. in competition, whether it be SPL or SQ, install is crucial. you can have 4000 watts for all i care, but if you dont have a properly built box and/or properly aimed components, wattage doesnt mean jack shit. so go ahead with your "secrets" and have fun with your competitions. TN doesnt need someone like you here
all i can say is ok to the bs callers and no the speakers will not make a diffrence but the topic was on rca's. Like i said before you can think what you like i do care. As far as being afraid... i do not like posers and i have had this happen in the past. People would get the same amps componets subs everything so i want it to be original/ one off. The box and everything is made correctly do to a sub box program for air space and fq response for the subs. Not everyone you might encounter on this site is a newb at sound due to the number of post you they have... i suggest you take that in mind next time, and try to stay on topic getting off topic in an argument is not helpful to anyone else tat would like to read this thread for future help.
I have the ablity to do things on my own i just figured that i would ask seeings how it thought it would be a good topic, however seems like it was a bad idea due to all of this senseless posting like this one.
Thanks for some of the help that was provided.
I am not going to defend myself for my own ideas and equipment that i am running like i said think what you will have the last word im done with the "posting" on a topic gone wrong...
Oh and the car is a everyday driver lol lots of weight but hey i like the ablity to make the other guys around my town turn thier stuff down.
To tell you the truth the TN comment well thats kinda childish for someone of your age but hey maybe thats me. Advice is what is helpful on a fourm rather it be some po dunk kind from laplace that is only 20 and supposly does not know anything about sound... you still try to help them/ give advice. However if you think you know it all... you make comments like that. Then agian i am just the retarded guy unable of making something that big work without sponsers. right?
we made suggestions, and you shot them down on the basis that they were cheap and you and your "audiohead" buddies had never heard of them.
If you want to blow a lot of money on RCA's, learn how to make them yourself. by the ends, buy the cable, learn how to solder and make your own. Its not hard, and you wont look like a tool rockin monster cable thinking its the shit.

I did not shoot them down tommy i said i needed to look at them and they are nice and i am still thinking about it i would not have asked for suggestions if i was going to shoot them down. I have never made a pair of rca's but due to your advice i might be doing it... i am still rolling ideas around in my head about it. Thanks again
