97 Camry Rear Speaker Adaptor?

I've asked this question at Camry forum but I think I'll put a same question here.
My right rear OEM speaker is shot, so I'm thinking about replacing it with pair of aftermarket speakers but from what I've red so far, sounds like I need a adaptor(from 3 holes to 4 holes) to install 6x9 speakers. Does anyone used a one from e-bay? (6x9 rear speaker adaptor plates) Does any aftermarket 6x9 speaker fit with this adaptor? How about one from a Clutchfield(speaker blacket, Item #2645300307) that I can install 5 1/4" or 6 1/2" round speaker? To me this blacket look very thin and doesn't look convincing. Unfortunatly I don't have a access to drill or saw, so I'm thinking of adaptor. I'm just looking for replacement speaker, not a Hi-end speakers. So any recommendation/comments will be appliciated.
Thanks.

The speaker adapters I have bought from ebay did not work for my 2001 camry. I bought the ones made out of MDF and the plastic ones. The holes did not line up to the factory holes so i had to redrill new holes. I ended up making my own out of MDF.

Maybe if you use an MDF material that is thin enough, you can use a rotary cutting tool (dremel is common brand) to cut its shape. Drills are cheap, you can buy a basic one for $20. I got my rotary tool for $10 (dremel is more expensive), you just have to shop around.

Thanks for your suggestions. Howbout drilling a hole to a existing base panel on my camry? Am I drill into a metal plate or something else? If there are no place to drill a new hole, I guess I'll go with "MDF" opition.
