Reposting Antenna Problem

Ok PLEASE HELP ME! I've been searching for this solution for the longest time. I have a 1995 Camry DX with a non-powered antenna. The antenna has to be replaced, the whole thing. Best Buy and other places are offering 40 bucks to do it. Anyone know the process to getting this thing out and installing the replacement? Does the antenna go under the steering wheel or above it? How do I remove everything, etc. HELP!!!!!!
