Gen5 rear fill in the rear doors

i'm lookin to add rear fill, but i dont wanna put speakers in the rear deck. i removed the rear deck speakers to let the bass from my sub pass thru better. plus, the bass was distorting the sound from the rear speakers.

i was thinkin of puttin 3.5" or 4" coaxials in the rear doors. has anyone tried that? i got the idea from a friend's BMW. holler back!

thats going to take a lot more work than what its worth. stick with a strong front stage. if its more midbass you are wanting, think about putting midbasses in the kickpods

^ Agreed. Its way too much work to do that. If you build a very good front stage theres no need for the rear.
