itunes (ipod) vs. Napster (Sony mp3 player). Which do you recommend?

My wife and I just bought a new 2007 Tundra D-cab. This is the first vehicle I've ever had with an auxilary jack that I connect an ipod to. My wife is jealous because her 2007 Lexus RX350 doesn't have the aux jack.

Anyway, she has an ipod and loves it. I've never had an mp3 player ever, but would like to get one. The problem is, I've used Napster for a long time now and have quite a song list built up. I like the Napster format (especially since I can pay $9.95/month and download unlimited songs into an mp3 player)

My question is which system do all of you use? If I go the Napster route, are the Sony mp3 players good? If you go with Itunes/ipod, how do you like that setup? Help me out, please! I've been in the electronic dark ages too long!

iPod for sure, but then of course I'm biased. The iPod is the only music player that can completely sync with a headunit as of now. There is no aux jack. It's an actual docking charge plug.

I like the 5.5g iPods, Zune30 is good with the 1.4 Firmware only if you're music library is organized, and the Creative Zen Vision: M. I tried them all. They're all very good and Creative ZVM and iPod has the best on the go organization, Zune has a better visual effect, and a 3" can never go wrong.

The newer iPod Classic has a the largest amount of memory on a portable I believe, the Zune 80 has a crappy firmware and Creative went to a 2.4in screen route and I have yet to try. If you want something newer and a lil more pricey the iPod is more pricey.

I'm not partial to any one company, but I do have a Zune30 and I hate it. =] It just does the job, just not very well.

Honestly, I hate buying music online, so I dunno if Napster or any other music programs so goodluck on that aspect.

Some labels or the artist themselves don't like having their shit listed on iTunes. It's due to many reason, iTunes trying to Monopolize music, iPods, .99 per song, etc....
