Good Quality Class AB Amps

I am installing a new custom audio system in an '08 Tacoma Double Cab and am looking for some high end good quality Class AB amps. I need the following amps:

• 4 channel amp capable of producing at least 4x100watts RMS at a 4 ohm load
• 1 channel amp capable of producing at least 300 watts RMS at a 4 ohm load

I was planning on getting both Eclipse amps XA1000 and XA4000 however these are class D amps and I have been told class AB amps produce much greater sound quality.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with class AB amps in the power range I am looking for?

Is it possible for you to try out those amps yourself at a local shop? I'll bet you'd be hard pressed to "hear" a difference with all else being equal.

Unfortunately I have not found a shop around here that carries them, plus I plan to buy everything online from woofersetc.com they seem to have very good prices.
After doing some more research I am leaning toward the Zapco REF 1000.4 and 500.1. For a little bit more money they seem like a better product.

Well after all it ends up I am going to be installing both of the Eclipse amps previously mentioned. Unfortunately the Zapco amps break the budget.
As Mr. Marv mentioned the sound quality in comparison from a class AB amp in comparison to a class D amp is most likely negilgible.
