sub feedback in gen 6 camry

alright, i added a single 10'' JL sub in our 07 camry (factory JBL system) about a month ago, i am using a elemental designs amp and i got a line out converter. i hooked up everything and it all works and sounds good but after the stereo is on for like 5 minutes or more and i turn the ignition off the sub goes crazy and does a very loud blast at about 45hrtz for about 30 seconds then fads out. it doent matter what volume the stereo is at because it is off. its just the sub that does it. the only way i have found to stop it from happening is if i disconnect the RCA cables from the amp before i turn it all off. so what would cause this feedback to play through the amp after everything else is turned off? is my Line out converter doing this? this is the LOC im using PAC-Trunk-LOC
please help me figure this out. its driving me nuts.

Is the amp still powered on when you get the weird sound? Try connecting the remote wire to an ACC wire instead of that device.
