Wow... ok well...

We need more info on the amp(s) you're running and the sub(s) you're running... We need names and models numbers or at least post the specs. We need info on the boxes your using. We need info on your headunit. We need all the info you can possibly give us on your system. I dont even know how asking us if 2 ohms or 4 ohms is gonna help you. There are no pros and cons between 2 and 4 ohms....

Please also take just a little time to read http://bcae1.com

The difference is the resistance of the coil. Use only what the amp is stable to. If the amp is not 2 ohm stable, the amp will overheat.

If CVR is Kicker, you can contact them about their Trade-In program, if they still do it.

I have done it twice in the past. Blow/ruin a sub, get everything arranged with Kicker, send bad sub in, get new sub back with a full Kicker warranty.

They give you a credit for your bad sub, although the amount is small. Their new price is not a bargain, but if you need to match a past model, this is a good way to do it.

Otherwise, good luck digging online to find one, or waiting for one on eBay...
