2008 Tacoma small door speaker change

Is it possible to change the top small circular door speaker from the grill cover, w/o having to take the door apart?

And if so, what speaker may be used?

No. You have to remove the door panel. It's easy.

The top speaker is a tweeter. You can fit all kinds of different size tweeters in there.

Well, I was hoping to not have to remove the door panels. So, I'll just stick with stock.

Door panel is very easy to come off. Did my 2003 Toy Tacoma 4X4 with no experience and speakers (Focal) are now kicken. Get a tool for to pop off the door panel. Very simple.
