Question Stumped!!

ok...here's the thing:

I was driving a bunch of friends around, and a crazy girl in the backseat turns my volume and shit all the way up and blows my subs.
I have a replacement plan on them, so i went and exchanged them and got new ones. I put them in my box and hooked the back up the same way the others were but i can't get any music out of them...except the the approx. every 5 sec Bass hit.

BTW...i had the subs removed for about 3 weeks before i put the new ones in.

I am running a 1200w RF amp, 1/2 Farad RF Capacitor and 2 12" RF PunchZ Series Subs (both 500w and 8 ohms)

I have hooked the subs up on the system in my house and they work and thump like a madabiotch!

Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!

1. make that bitch pay for new subs even though you got them replaced for nothing. free money never hurt anyone

2. is your amp in protection?

there should be an led on your amp somewhere that glows green when its working normally then turns red when its in protect. most amps are like that.

what kinda amp do you have?

not sure where to look for this LED. I know the face of the amp always lights up red. But other than that, i'm not sure.

My amp: Rockford Fosgate 1200w Punch Amp (401S)

Features:
TOPAZ Circuit - Eliminates Engine Noise

MEHSA - High Performance Thermal Tech.

NOMAD - Smart Protection Circuit (guessing this is what your talkin about but not sure)

DSM - Discrete Surface Mount componets

INDIGO - Maximizes the Output Power of the Amp.

12 dB X-overs

Punch Bass Eq

Subsonic Filter

High Level and RCA inputs

Red Illum. RF Logo

Here are two Pics of it:
