remote start and glass breakage questions

I am purchasing 4 08's for some lucky clients. My question is this on two of the options.

the VIP Glass break Sensor
&
the Remote Start

Can these options be added on easily or do they require major labor to install. Are they just plug in modules with prewiring or require more work. I am afraid my dealer has me over the barrel since my clients asked for these items after the I negoiated the price. So I wondering if this is something I can do myself by either ordering parts online or installing them myself, etc. They are all four equipped the same.
2008 base model with DVD Navigation and Spoilers as their only options added

Update

It seems that Toyota doesn't even offer the Remote Start on the 08 Land Cruiser as of yet. Can anyone recommend an after-market remote start, Ideally one that would work with the exsisting smart key (RES) but I am not limited to that option if some has had better luck with a another model with a separate key fob remote, etc. Also, please include expected prices if known, since I am totally in the dark on this subject.

With any remote start on the newer toyotas, an engine imobalizer bypass is needed. There are ones that will work with the smart key system. This are addon units from other brands that work in conjunction with another remote start. As for remote starts, i've allways been a big fan of viper producted from DEI. I use it, i install them, and i recomend them. As for the bypass unit, XK05 PKT2 (http://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=6181) works great and it will work with both transponder key setups and keyless start setups. Any reputible shop should be able to install it, but it'll be a couple hundred bucks per jsut cause it takes several hours.
