Rusted Speakers

I just bought a 1996 Camry DX Coupe and the front speakers were blown, so when I replaced the speakers, the old ones were rusted, what can I do to make sure this dosen't happen with my new speakers. Does anyone else ever heard or had this problem, if you did where is the moisture coming from.

Thanks a lot

The weatherstrip may need to be replaced if water is getting inside the door.

That is what i was gonna say. also check the window seal on the outside that is pretty much the only way water can get inside and rust the speaker. My Grand Am had the problem with the window but oddly enough the water never really messed anything up. HMMMM.
