Installed a remote start / alarm on Gen 3 Camry....few simple ?'s

The install went well, the remote start works and the keyless entry works. My questions are...

I need to know which are needed for my dome light, door trigger, and engine tach.

Also have any of you ever programmed your alarm to roll down the driverside window? There are a lot of extra cool things that this system can do. Thanks in advance!

I have a Python 871XP installed in my Camry though I don't know what you mean by the question. The dome light tells you when your system is active you might want to restate that question.

Thanks for the reply, sorry I wasn't specific. Basically I want the dome light to turn on when I unlock the door. The alarm I have has the capability to do so, but I need to know which wire to tap into. AKA which wire is directly connected to the dome light.

Also where is the engine tach wire? Is it located under the hood somewhere? I need this because if the car is already on and I try to start it, it will not start, and also if the car fails to start, it will measure the RPM's and re-start the car. It will also disable somebody from revving the engine as well.

One more thing I need to know is where the door trigger wire is. This is basically so that the unit knows if / when the doors are closed. If the door is ajar, and the system locks, then when I close the doors they will not unlock with the system.

Thanks!
