Question 04 Corolla Speaker Install

Does anyone know how to remove stock front/rear speakers in an 04 Corolla, or a good site with help or a diy for it?

Yes....all 9th gen. Corollas should be the same. I have the 6-speaker set-up in an 05' and it all is the same. I am using these instructions to do mine...just waiting for one more part I ordered.

You got it.....6x9's drop right in just outline bolt hole pattern and drill, then use sheet metal screws to attatch( some adhesive type sealant is helpul to make good seal ie...silicone,caulk,etc.) Front 6.5" work, shallow mount is better for any clearance issues,. Just drill out rivets , line up speaker , outline holes ,and drill Use sheet metal screws. Same thing with the adhesive as above,,it helps reduce vibration and also gets a good seal around the speaker for a little better sound.
